By accessing or using srisubha.com and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site or its services.

SriSubha provides panchangam information, astronomical and traditional timing calculations, and related features based on a selected date, time, and place. The availability of particular dates, features, calculations, and historical or future ranges may vary over time.

The public site is currently provided without a paid subscription. Where SriSubha offers additional access or services, the applicable terms will be communicated separately.

SriSubha provides calculations and information for general informational and planning purposes. The results are not intended to constitute professional, religious, spiritual, medical, financial, legal, or other professional advice.

Panchangam and related timings may vary between almanacs, traditions, calculation methods, locations, time zones, and source data. Differences between SriSubha and another calendar, almanac, or practitioner do not necessarily indicate that either result is incorrect.

You are responsible for deciding how, whether, and when to use information provided by SriSubha. For religious or traditional practices, you may wish to consult a qualified priest, astrologer, or other advisor familiar with the tradition you follow.

Some SriSubha features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

You are also responsible for ensuring that information you save to your account, including birth dates, birth times, and birth places, is accurate and appropriate for your intended use.

You may delete your account at any time using the available account controls. SriSubha may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or to address a violation of these terms.

You agree to use SriSubha lawfully and responsibly. You must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the service, gain unauthorized access to another person's account or information, circumvent reasonable access controls, introduce malicious code, or use the service in a way that could harm SriSubha or its users.

You may use SriSubha's calculators and information for your personal purposes. If you wish to reproduce, redistribute, integrate, or commercially use substantial portions of the service or its content, please contact us first.

The SriSubha name, brand, website design, interface, software, original text, graphics, and other content provided by SriSubha are owned by or licensed to SriSubha and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these terms, you may access and use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, or present substantial portions of the SriSubha website, interface, or content as your own product or service without permission.

Information generated by the calculators may be used for your own planning and personal purposes, subject to these terms.

SriSubha may allow you to sign in using third-party services such as Google or Facebook. Your use of those services is also subject to the applicable third party's terms and policies.

SriSubha does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, privacy practices, or terms.

SriSubha may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to the service or our practices.

When these terms are updated, we will post the revised version on this page and update the date shown above. Your continued use of SriSubha after an updated version is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

SriSubha is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that every calculation or result will be complete or accurate.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SriSubha disclaims warranties, express or implied, relating to the service, including warranties of suitability for a particular purpose or fitness for a particular ritual, practice, decision, or use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SriSubha and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar losses arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the service.

This includes losses or consequences resulting from reliance on a calculation, timing, location, date, or other information provided by SriSubha, or from interruptions, errors, omissions, or unavailability of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These terms are intended to be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable law. Any rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded or restricted by these terms remain unaffected.
